First, ROI before tools. Your time and money should produce measurable returns, not more tabs open in your browser. Over three days, you’ll build a personal AI strategy and action plan designed around the highest-leverage applications for your business right now. We teach the framework for evaluating which tools actually serve you — so you leave with clarity, not a longer to-do list.

Second, the container itself. This isn’t a tech-bro classroom. Each day integrates grounding practices and somatic work alongside the applied learning — intentional space to metabolize what you’re absorbing, so the work lands in your body and your business, not just your notes. Conscious tech, the way we teach it, means the technology you adopt and the life you build through it both reflect your values. That requires a learning environment built for integration, not extraction.

What that looks like in practice: live and guided, never passive. Real-time thinking, small-group Ethics Roundtables, and direct interaction with the facilitators throughout. You’ll be working on your own business the entire time — not watching someone else work on theirs.

No. The curriculum is designed to meet you where you are. Whether you’ve never used ChatGPT or you’re already building automations, the work translates to your level.

Sessions run live from Costa Rica (Central Standard Time, UTC-6) and are designed to accommodate participants across the Americas, Europe, and Africa. Each day runs approximately 8 hours with intentional pacing and breaks — no back-to-back burnout. The exact daily schedule will be shared with registered participants closer to the event so we can finalize pacing based on the group.

Camera-on is strongly encouraged during core sessions and Ethics Roundtables. This is an immersive container, not a webinar — presence matters. If you need to step away briefly, that’s understood. But this work is designed for people who can bring their full attention for three days.

Life happens. All core sessions are recorded and made available to registered participants, so you can catch anything you miss. The only exception is the Ethics Roundtables, which are not recorded to protect the intimacy and candor of those conversations. The live experience is where the deepest work occurs, but the recordings ensure nothing is lost.

Full refunds are available up to 30 days before the immersion (through June 7). After June 7, you may transfer your registration to a future C3 CTI offering at any point before July 7. Once the immersion begins, refunds are not available. This work is a three-day arc built on your full presence — we’ve priced it with that understanding and can’t underwrite outcomes for partial participation.
